BUD (Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestic Sales)

The “Dedicated Fund on Branding, Upgrading and Domestics Sales” (the BUD Fund) help companies which are registered and operated in Hong Kong and non-listed in any stock market to enhance their competitiveness and facilitate their business development in the mainland and Association of South East Asian Nations (“ASEAN”) market. The BUD Fund supports companies to develop brands, upgrade and promote sales in the mainland and ASEAN market, including but not limited to marketing for mainland and ASEAN market, increasing brand awareness, optimizing enterprise operation, improving product quality , and developing sales channels.

The cumulative funding ceiling per enterprise under the BUD fund is HKD 1,000,000 in mainland and ASEAN market respectively. The fund will be provided on the matching basis.

To ensure that the project funds have been solely and properly applied to the projects and expended/received in accordance with the “Project Expenditure” section of the Approved Project Proposal, the required accounts shall be audited by an independent auditor who must be either Certified Public Accountants or Public Accountants registered under the Professional Accountants Ordinance (Cap. 50) (the Auditors).

Audit fee From HK$ 7,500 to HK$ 10,000

2. Assist BUD related declaration and inquiries
3. The audit fee from HK$ 7,500 to HK$ 10,000
- The total project expenditure is less than HK$ 1,000,000, and the audit fee is HK$ 7,500
- If the total project expenditure is more than HK$ 1,000,000, the audit fee is HK$ 10,000

*We have processed many related BUD audit projects. In order to successfully complete the relevant audit and funding declaration, we will first charge half of the audit fee as the administrative fee. The administrative fee will be deducted to the audit fee.

Final Report of Approved Project
Project Expenditure list to display the actual expenditure of the project, and show the details of all single transactions 專案收支表 – 需顯示專案實際收支，並顯示所有單筆交易之明細
Supporting files of all single transactions, such as invoice records and payment records 所有單筆交易的證明檔, 例如: 發票紀錄及付款紀錄
Project records, such as: photos or movie. 專案紀錄, 例如: 相關相片。
